Home items
Dishcloths should be machine washed and dried. Keep in mind that cotton can shrink a bit if dried on the highest heat setting.
Potholders are fine to machine wash and dry. However, we prefer to hand wash in warm soapy water. Rinse well and lay flat to dry, reshaping as needed.
All other home/seasonal items spot cleaning is recommended.

Hats
Beanies and headbands should be hand washed and laid flat to dry. Use a hair dryer on low/warm heat setting to fluff the poms. If you know your item is made from wool, take care not to let the wet item stretch out or it may not return to its original size when dry.

Scarves
Featherweight scarves are made of a 75/25 polyester/acrylic blend. These delicate, lacy scarves should be hand washed only. Laying them flat to dry is important to keep the stitches from stretching too much.
Chunky scarves are made from a wool/acrylic blend. You might be shocked to learn that these scarves are totally fine to be machine washed and dried! It is important to note, however, that the fringe will untwist if machine washed. This is not necessarily a bad thing, and many people like the frayed fringe look. However, you may decide to hand wash this item and lay flat to dry in order to preserve the twist of the fringe.
